What is G Workspace?

G Suite or Google Workspaces has a lot of different uses such as Online Storage, Shared Calendars, Video Meetings, as well as many other applications to help with collaboration for businesses. However, Digital Zest recommends Google Workspaces for the premium and reliable business email that Google provides. Unlike shared hosting email services, Google's upgraded GMail service provides a high deliverability rate for your emails & phishing and spam protection that blocks more than 99.9% of attacks.

Google Workspace Pricing

In addition to a 2-hour setup by Digital Zest for the account, Google Workspace also has it's own Pricing Plan in order to make use of its features and functionality. As of 28/01/2021, Google's Workspace pricing is £4.14 per User & Month (I.E If you had two users it would be £8.24). You can have as many alias' setups as you want but this means that it is an email address that can be used to send emails to but is not a real account that can be logged into. For example, you may have 'info@digitalzest.com' as an alias of connor@digitalzest.com. 

What Does Digital Zest Need In Order To Help

Digital Zest are happy to provide the setup of Google Workspace, typically the setup takes between 1 and 2 hours. As there is some technical information that needs adding at DNS Level (MX Records), we highly recommend that you let us help you set up the account as an incorrect step could leave your website potentially offline.
 
Here's the information we need in order to set up your Google Workspace:
  • An agreement to the hours of work required for completion
  • A list of accounts to be created (accounts you can log in to)
  • Any Alias' to be set up if needed and the account they're an Alias of.
  • Card details (only used during the process and we would use a number of methods to obtain the information, for security reasons. Unfortunately, this is something Google made mandatory for account creation)
  • Information to be migrated (in some cases you may have old email data from your current email hosting location, we are happy to migrate information over, though this may be charged for if the inital hours of work have been used up.)
