Information that we require from you
Typically our customers will have a number of Agents to set up on their website and as such this may take a number of hours to create each of them correctly. As such prior to the setup of everything else, we require the following information;
- Agent Name
- Agent Email
- Address Line 1
- Address Line 2
- Address Line 3
- County
- City
- Postcode
- Customer Name - Assigned to Agent
- Customer Email - Assigned to Agent
- Telephone
All of the required information seen above is to be the information of the Agent(s) and some of the information may not be applicable or readily available. If we're able to get as much information as possible on our request, that'd be great.
On request one of Digital Zests' team members will reach out and provide a blank Google Spreadsheet that can be filled in. You can then notify us of completion we will import once applicable.
How to setup the Agent on the website
To save you time, after you've provided us with the information on the Google Spreadsheet provided in the previous step, we will endeavor to import the information into the website. Providing all information where possible was completed, the import should work. In some cases, if required information such as the Agent Name or Agent Email is not found the import will fail, and as such we'll need to either reach out for the correct information or import using temporary data that can be altered later.
Once at least one Agent has been added to the website, we then are able to begin the Setup of the Agent within WooCommerce. There are two important pieces of system functionality that need to be in place for this to work correctly and both can be put in place by yourself and the Agent.

Once the information is passed through to Xero you'll be able to see on each invoice; the Agents name. If the information is not shown but all previous steps have been set up, we recommend reaching out to us directly with as much information as possible in order to help us diagnose the problem.
